How we handle your personal data

Houser's mission is to protect the privacy and security of our customers' personal data. By registering for and using the Houser Platform and Services, you agree to these terms.
1.1. For the purposes of reading and interpreting this document, the terms below have the following meanings:
(a) User or Data Subject
Any person or entity that registers on the Houser website and/or provides Personal Data to access and use Houser's product or service platforms.
(b) Personal Data
Any information capable of identifying an individual or making them identifiable, such as name, government-issued ID (driver's license, passport), Social Security Number (SSN) or equivalent taxpayer identifier, email address, home address, phone number, financial data (bank account, credit card details), and browsing data (login credentials, product pages viewed, session duration).

3.1. The personal data we share with third parties is used for the protection, sale, and delivery of our products. All third parties we work with follow information-security and data-privacy best practices.

4.1. For a better assessment of your credit, we may query or share your data with consumer credit bureaus (including Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion) in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and other applicable laws.

4.2. Such consultation may be carried out by financial institutions and other authorized entities that acquire, take as collateral, or otherwise demonstrate a legitimate interest in credit operations relating to the customer.

Facilitate the exchange of information between financial institutions.

5.1. Houser collects data only for legitimate purposes and in compliance with applicable law.
